Marvin Emnes has recovered from injury and is keen to be part of Swansea's squad to take on Southampton on Saturday. The 26 year old told the South West Evening Post: "I was looking forward to playing games again and I now have that chance.
"In pre-season I was playing well and having good training sessions, and I felt really sharp. To pick up an injury was very difficult but it's great to be back now.
"I finished last season quite well and after a good pre-season I was really looking forward to the first game of this year.
"When you get injured it is always disappointing, but the team is playing really well at the moment and I'm looking forward to getting back and helping my team-mates as soon as possible.
"And it would be nice to be back against Southampton on Saturday."
