Emmanuel Frimpong says he's keen to make up for lost time at Arsenal.

The midfielder spent virtually all of last season out injured.

He said: "I just want to be involved as much as possible.

"It is going to be hard because there are so many players at Arsenal but hopefully I can play as many games as I can.

"It is difficult because I am at a very big club and I have got to be patient."
