Valencia coach Unai Emery is confident of keeping hold of star pair David Villa and David Silva.

"The club has decided to keep both players, despite the money which could be raised if they were to be sold," said Emery.

"In any case, neither player has asked for a transfer. They know they can fulfil their ambitions here, even if there is a chance to improve themselves financially elsewhere."
