Departing Valencia coach Unai Emery has announced they've sold Jordi Alba.
Alba has been linked with Manchester United and Barcelona.
"Valencia is a team that buys players who are not the finished article and then, when they are finished, possibly sells them on, as has happened with Jordi Alba," said Emery, who is being replaced at Valencia by former Liverpool coach Mauricio Pellegrino.
