Brett Emerton and Harry Kewell will play no part in Australia's friendly with Denmark tomorrow.

The Socceroos take on the Danes in Roodepoort in a World Cup warm-up match but will be without two of their star midfielder yet again.

Blackburn Rovers' Emerton has a slight calf niggle whilst Galatasaray's Kewell is still recovering from an ongoing groin issue and manager Pim Verbeek said they were not ready to play just yet.

"Definitely not Denmark - that is too soon," Verbeek said.

"Harry joined with the boys yesterday. For Brett I have no concerns. He is one of our fittest players. It is just about not taking any risks."
