Eljero Elia has announced he's leaving Juventus.

Elia only managed four Serie A appearances last season.

"I'll leave Juventus," the 25-year-old told Eredivisie Live. "I've already agreed with Juventus that I will be joining another club.

"I just have the desire to start enjoying football again and my agent is evaluating all offers."
