New Galatasaray signing Elano says his former manager at Manchester City, Mark Hughes, can have no excuses if they fail to win the Premiership next season.
"The manager has built a team the way he likes," Elano said. 'He has been able to manage it the way he wants, both buying players and selling them.
"Since the manager has been given all of this, I expect them to win the Premier League."
