Former Tottenham boss Terry Venables feels Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez can put himself in the shop window by reaching the FA Cup final.
El Tel wrote in The Sun: "He turned down Aston Villa in 2011 and Liverpool in 2012.
"But if his Wigan beat Millwall this evening, I believe Roberto Martinez will receive offers this summer he simply cannot refuse.
"This country already knows what a good boss the Spaniard is. But if he can lead the Latics to victory over the Lions in their FA Cup semi-final, his reputation will extend even further.
"Certainly across Europe. And not just to small clubs either."
