Barcelona ace Lionel Messi is back in training - secretly - at La Masia.

The Argentine has been recovering from a knee injury and is pushing to be fit for the El Clasico next week against Real Madrid.

Cuatro says Messi has trained at the same rhythm as his team mates for the first time since suffering a knee ligament tear back in September.

The Argentine took part in a mini-practice match and even scored in the game, which proves he has not difficulties with shooting.

In the comunicat issued by the club relating to the last training session, there is no mention of Messi's participation, nor does he feature in any of the 20 photographs which appear on Barcelona's official web page.
