Eibar have been forced to end plans to sign Liverpool defender Rafa Paez.
Paez moved to Eibar on-loan in January, but has been blocked by FIFA from turning out for the Primera Division minnows.
FIFA insist the paperwork for the deal carried errors and was not completed in time.
Eibar appealed in February, but FIFA have refused to budge and it was announced last night that Paez's move was off.
The 20 year-old is now returning to Merseyside.
