The family of injured Arsenal striker Eduardo da Silva are preparing to welcome him home to Brazil.

Eduardo, who is recovering from a horror broken-leg injury, will spend the next two months recovering in London. Then he will go home to Brazil to continue his treatment.

Narley da Silva, a cousin of Eduardo, said: "He is calm, looking to recover as soon as possible. And, God willing, in two months we will have Dudu here so everyone can give him the affection he needs."
