Injury-plagued striker Eduardo is heading for an Arsenal exit.

The 27-year Brazil-born Croatia international has been told by Gunners boss Arsene Wenger that he does not feature in his plans for next season and that it be best for his career to find a new club.

Eduardo suffered a horrific leg injury in 2008 which nearly ended his career and has failed to regain the form he showed prior to the incident.

With Wenger's purchase of Marouane Chamakh from Bordeaux this summer, it seems as though Eduardo's time at the Emirates Stadium could be up.
