Eduardo Macia is under huge pressure at Leicester City.

The Daily Mail says Leicester's head of recruitment Macia faces an uncertain future after the sacking of Claudio Ranieri.

Macia was appointed last summer on the recommendation of Ranieri but with the Italian gone and scrutiny on transfer dealings mounting his position could be at risk.

The 42-year-old replaced Steve Walsh, who became Everton's director of football, but has experienced an underwhelming success rate in the market.
