Arsenal striker Eduardo da Silva admits he has a strong understanding with former Dinamo Zagreb midfielder Luka Modric.

Modric's agents have held talks with Arsenal in recent months and the midfielder created both goals for Eduardo in Croatia's victory over Estonia on Saturday.

The Gunners striker said: "Those shots after pull-backs, like the one for the second goal - we practise that all the time. I knew Luka would pass the ball back to me."
