Portsmouth are being linked with Valencia's former Arsenal midfielder Edu.

Edu's brother and agent Jean Fabian Cesar refused to rule out the possibility of a switch to England, but was quick to point out that an agreement remains some way off.

"There is interest from some clubs in Edu but I await more news and after that I will speak with Valencia," he stated.

"English football is always very interesting and nothing is discarded."
