Eden Hazard says Chelsea's defenders must tighten up.

Hazard has discussed the importance of keeping clean sheets if they are to challenge for silverware this season.

“Like against Hull City, when you don't concede goals you know it is easier to win games," Hazard told the Chelsea website.

“When you are strong defensively you bring confidence to all the team, and it is more easy to score goals."
