Cardiff City are eyeing a move for Morelia winger Jefferson Montero according to reports.
The 23-year old Ecuadorian, currently playing in Mexico, has attracted the interest of Bluebirds boss Malky Mackay who is keen to bring in a quality winger.
Mackay appears to have missed out on Blackpool's Tom Ince and will now set his sights on Montero who has previously played in Spain with Villarreal, Levante and Betis.
