Emmanuel Eboue is convinced Arsenal are on the brink of something special this season.

Eboue has played at Wembley before - he was part of the side that lost to Chelsea in the 2009 FA Cup Semi-Final - and he is hoping for a more enjoyable experience in February.

"For me the League Cup is very, very special for this team, it is a great opportunity for us to win something," Eboue told the Official Arsenal Matchday Programme.

"I have played at Wembley for Arsenal and it's special and the players who haven't played there will want to experience that too.

"This is a team that can win something, for sure. If we continue to play our football and with the confidence the side has, I certainly believe that and I'll be ready to give everything I can to help try and make this season something special."
