Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko says even their deep squad cannot afford too many injuries with the title race so tight.
Dzeko is hoping for more match action in the second-half of the season.
The ex-Wolfsburg striker, 25, told The Sun: "The most important thing of all is to avoid any long-term injuries to players.
"Every player at City is very important for the team and the key in the title race will be that everyone stays healthy.
"There are still a lot of games left but we're in good shape thanks to our very good start."
