AC Milan are reluctant to part with Manchester United target Marco Borriello.
Borriello's agent has welcomed news of United's interest in the last 24 hours, while vice-president Adriano Galliani, usually so quick to deny such transfer talk, has so far been silent on the reports.
However, Gazzetta dello Sport says Galliani is reluctant to sell Borriello and would instead prefer to offload Dutch striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar.
Meanwhile, Milan are renewing contact with Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko.
It's been revealed Wolfsburg have been in talks with Huntelaar's representatives for some weeks - so setting up the prospect of a swap involving Dzeko.
