Swansea City winger Nathan Dyer hopes they can keep hold of Gylfi Sigurdsson.
Sigurdsson struck in victory over Blackburn Rovers as he continues to impress on-loan from Hoffenheim.
Dyer said: "He's a brilliant player. He fits into our team and we'll have to see what happens in the summer.
"It's down to manager and chairman but it would be lovely to play with him next season. He'd probably cost a few quid but I'm sure we'll do what we can to keep hold of him.
"The only thing with Gylfi is that there's a new manager at Hoffenheim and he wants to see him back there. But hopefully something can get sorted. I came here on loan before signing. You just have to sit tight and hope the deal you want comes.
"He's been outstanding, fitted in well and hit some great goals. It'd be nice to play with him next season."
