Nathan Dyer is frustrated on Swansea City's bench.
The winger has been an ever-present in Swansea City's line-up over the last two seasons but has recently had to make do with a place on the bench.
"I don't want to be watching," said Dyer. "You want to be in the action, especially when the team is winning games and getting plaudits.
"It has been particularly frustrating being on the bench but it's the way things go. You are not guaranteed to play in every single match. I've been fortunate in the last two seasons to have played in most games."
