West Ham United No2 Steve Clarke was pleased to see Kieron Dyer score in their 1-1 friendly draw with Bursaspor.

He told WHUTV: "It was good to see Kieron score. He has been working hard, as have all the players here. He likes to get forward and join in the attack. It was a great lay-off from Coley (Carlton Cole) and a great finish from Kieron."

Bursaspor skipper Omer Erdogan said of Cole: "I think Carlton Cole is a very good player. I played against him in the defence in the first half and he is very strong and very fast. He is a quality player."
