Burnley boss Sean Dyche has expressed his delight at his side's winning form in the pre-season.
The Clarets defeated Championship side Preston 2-1 at Deepdale on Tuesday to continue their winning form following the wins over Shamrock Rovers, Alfreton Town and Kidderminster Harriers.
"We split the teams on Saturday and then brought them together tonight and I was pleased," said Dyche.
"We got a bit misshapen at the end but we made so many changes it was hard to quickly adapt.
"The idea of pre-season is getting players ready and it takes these games, you can't just flick a switch. These have had six games, we're on our second real game. There's still work to go and there's sharpness to come, so at this stage I'm pleased."
