Burnley boss Sean Dyche was pleased with their 2-2 draw against Celta Vigo.
Having faced the Spanish side, who finished ninth in the 2013/14 campaign, Dyche was pleased with how his team equipped themselves.
He told Burnley's website: "We're delighted with the work out we have had tonight, with all due respect to our previous opponents in pre-season, technically they're a good group we played against tonight.
"That is why we wanted that game of course and we've got another test on Saturday.
"We felt we gave a very good account of ourselves first half, and we showed those good habits again and opened them up.
"Arguably, we should have been two to the good instead of just the one but there was a nice feel about it."
