Dyche insists Hart can improve with Burnley

Burnley manager Sean Dyche is very happy with the start made by new signing Joe Hart.

The Clarets secured Hart's signature late in the transfer window in a move from Manchester City.

And his manager is impressed with what he has seen from the former England international so far.

Burnley will be hoping the 31-year-old is a commanding presence between the sticks this season, especially with two of their senior goalkeepers currently injured.

"I think he enjoyed the fact he's come into a group who accept people very quickly," the Clarets chief said to the Lancashire Telegraph.

"We know the experience he's got, I still think he's a keeper who's got more, he's coming into his prime.

"We've got Tom Heaton as well, that's fantastic in itself, Anders (Lindegaard) and Legz (Adam Legzdins), and obviously with what's happened with Popey.

"I think it was a wise choice we've made, and a wise choice he's made hopefully, because hopefully he'll enjoy his time here."
