Dutch legend Clarence Seedorf 'regrets turning down Arsenal, Man Utd and Chelsea'

Dutch legend Clarence Seedorf has spoken of regret rejecting Premier League offers.

He turned down THREE moves to the Premier League — and he admits it remains his biggest regret.

The Dutch legend revealed he was approached by Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea during his glittering 22-year career.

Seedorf told The Sun: “I had many opportunities to play in England — but something always came up.

“I was going to go from Sampdoria to Arsenal — but then I went to Real Madrid.

“After Madrid, I talked with Manchester United and then Chelsea after Milan.

“But it never happened — you can't have everything."

He added: “I would have loved to play in the Premier League.

“It was always something that I dreamed of — but maybe I can still enjoy it as a coach.

“I was really happy with my career. I don't think that missed anything, other than playing the Premier League."
