Dutch government want action against Chelsea

Chelsea face heat from the Dutch government over their deal for Feyenoord teen Nathan Ake.

The Sunday Mirror says the brilliant Feyenoord youngster, who plays at centre-back or in midfield, is due to move to Stamford Bridge on February 18, his 16th birthday.

Feyenoord warned Chelsea last year that they were breaking FIFA regulations. The Dutch club's lawyer, Joris van Benthem, confirmed: "We pointed out to Chelsea the FIFA rules both verbally and in writing."

Feyenoord insist Chelsea were in breach of the regulations by twice inviting the youngster, and his agent Daan Kramp, to London.

Now Dutch MP's want Edith Schippers, their minister of sport, to investigate Ake's defection.

Tjeerd Dekken MP said: "We are absolutely shocked. We have contacted the minister of Sport. This is scandalous trafficking of kids."
