Wellington Phoenix skipper Andrew Durante says he is not worried about the late payment of wages at the club.
Durante is confident Phoenix owner Terry Serepisos will come through with the goods after players and staff have not received their most recent wages - and not for the first time this season.
There has been at least six occasions where Phoenix players and staff have been paid up to three days late but Durante is not at all worried and says there are more important things to worry about than receiving payment at the moment.
The Phoenix have a vital clash with the Central Coast Mariners on Thursday night where they can climb from second bottom on the table to be within a point of the top six if they manage to win.
