Blackburn Rovers midfielder David Dunn has called on the club's owners to go public with their plans.
Fans are frustrated by the lack of communication from the Rao family.
And Rovers favourite Dunn said: "The fans have been criticised from all ends of the country.
"I understand totally there need to be some decisions made. It's the owners' decision but there needs to be communication - that's what the fans want.
"The fans have always been great for me but if they can keep their protests outside the ground, we play with more confidence.
"So let's clear all the rubbish out and try to build up this great club again. If everyone sticks together we can go on from here." "But in the last few games they've been fantastic, right behind us.
