Todd Dunivant is supremely confident that reigning MLS champions LA Galaxy will improve as the season progresses.
The 2011 MLS Cup winners admittedly had a poor start to the last campaign says Dunivant who has been a part of the side who has lost two of their opening three matches in 2012.
Ahead of the weekend's big clash with the undefeated Sporting Kansas City, the defender is expecting another big occasion in which his said can strive to get better after a disappointing 3-1 loss to New England Revolution last weekend.
"When we're playing on the road, it's probably their biggest-selling game of the year, they get requested tickets the most, it's something they circle on their calendar.
"Every year you start off and things are a little bit rusty. We didn't start off last year well, either. We need to correct those things and get better, and we will."
He added: "It's not life or death at this point. I think this team has good focus and doesn't need a life-or-death situation to play well.""One thing for us, and it's kind of a blessing and a curse, is that every game we play is generally a really big deal for the other team," Dunivant said.
