Scottish Premiership side Dundee United are holding out for a fee of £1.5million from Celtic for Turkish hitman Nadir Ciftci.
The Hoops have had two bids turned down for Ciftci and are understood to be lining up a third proposal for the 23-year-old.
Manager Jackie McNamara has made it clear that the player won't be leaving unless the club's asking price is met.
He said: "The club hasn't accepted anything from Celtic for him to go and speak to them.
"He has turned down Wigan and the other offers haven't been enough for us to let him speak to anyone.
"Nadir understands what is happening."
