Dundee United are battling to keep hold of their top kids ahead of the January market.
The Times says scouts from Everton and Liverpool watched Dundee United's 4-1 win over Hearts at Tannadice on Saturday.
The Terrors trio of attacking midfielder Ryan Gauld, left-back Andrew Robertson and centre-back John Souttar were all being monitored.
