Some of Europe's biggest clubs such as Arsenal, Manchester United and Real Madrid have been credited with an interest in the supreme talents of midfielder Gauld while centre-back Souttar was a target for Sunderland and Everton in the summer but McNamara believes they are focused on the job at hand with the Terrors.
"It just becomes normal for the lads," said McNamara in the Daily Record. "As a youngster you put it to one side and concentrate on what is happening on the pitch.
"It shouldn't affect them and, to be honest, you can see in their performances that it isn't."
