The lanky former Dunfermline star is stalling on a new deal at Rugby Park. And United boss Craig Levein faces competition from ambitious English League One club Oldham.
The Boundary Park side have had Nish watched and know they can sign him for a cut-price fee in January. Now Nish must decide whether to sign a new contract with the Ayrshire club or move.
