St Johnstone have made enquiries over Dundee United left-back Danny Grainger. The 22-year-old signed has had limited first-team opportunities.

"We have had a phone call from St Johnstone about Danny Grainger," United boss Craig Levein told the Evening Telegraph.

"At this stage, it is only an enquiry and there has been no bid, so there is nothing more to say."
