Dundee United boss Craig Levein will decide this weekend whether to offer terms to trialist Cedric Roussel.

The 29-year-old has spent recent days on trial from Brescia after the Italian Serie B outfit agreed to the move.

Levein had earlier had high hopes and told his club website: "He comes highly recommended.

"The player fits the profile of a proven, experienced striker that I've been looking for."
