Dundee United boss Peter Houston has been named the Scottish Premier League Manager of the Month for March.
Houston guided the Tangerines to four wins from four fixtures during the third month of 2012, scoring ten goals and conceding just one.
United beat Inverness Caledonian Thistle 3-0, before tasking down Rangers 2-1 and then following that up with 2-0 triumph at Hibernian and 3-0 home victory over Dunfermline Athletic making it the third March in a row that Houston has won the prize and he was delighted to accept it on behalf of the players.
"I know every manager says that - but that's because it's true.
"You are only as good as the players and mine have been brilliant for me, working so hard.
"It's strange because the first award I won was March 2010, the second one was March 2011 and this one is March 2012.
"So I'm sure people will be asking who votes for it at this time of year!""I am delighted to win but it's down to the players," he said.
