Dundee United's Houston: There has been no contract offer

Peter Houston says he has not yet been offered a new contract by Dundee United.

The Terrors manager comes out of contract at the end of the season but says he has not signed a new deal simply because the Tannadice club has not placed one in front of him.

"There is nothing on the table for me," Houston told BBC Scotland.

"A lot of people have been asking me why I haven't signed a new deal - because I haven't been offered one basically.

"If it's to be the end of May when I move on from here then I'll look back with fond memories.

"Who knows what will happen? The chairman (Stephen Thpmpson) hasn't gone back to (my agent) John Colquhoun. There might be an offer put on the table for me, I don't know."
