Former Barcelona striker Christophe Dugarry has blasted the current board over their market work.
When assessing the work and decisions of the administration, the Frenchman certainly didn't bite his tongue.
"The directors of that club are useless," he said to SFR Sport1.
"They lost Dani Alves and they signed Digne.
"Money is not a problem, because they have it.
"If they want Dembele, all they have to do is pay."
With the signing of Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool now seemingly dead in the water, Dugarry questioned the wisdom of not paying the asking price for players.
"The same thing has happened with Coutinho and we have to stop haggling over 10 or 20 million euros, we have to pay, that's all," he continued.
"In recent years the signings have been catastrophic in any event."
