Hull City defender Joe Dudgeon says they must be careful with their summer transfer plans.
The former Manchester United trainee says Hull's team spirit will be a key factor to staying up.
"I'd like to think we can do that again if we can keep the group together," Dudgeon told the Hull Daily Mail.
"It works on and off the pitch. It wouldn't be right to break it up. The immediate reaction is to bring in quality but the relationship between this group is something money can't buy.
"No matter who you bring in, if he doesn't fit in then it'll be a struggle.
"You've maybe seen that with teams like QPR this year. They've got some great players but if you don't gel it'll be hard.
"There's no doubting the talent we've got here. You can only admire some of the football we played this season."
