Dudek unsure of Real Madrid stay

Jerzy Dudek admits he is still considering his situation at Real Madrid.

The former Liverpool goalkeeper said: "It is a difficult question. It is the first time that Poland has qualified for the European Championships and I think that I must play if I am to have the opportunity of going.

"There is a possibility, that I could go to another club to play, but (coach Bernd) Schuster has told me that he does not want me to leave.

"I am waiting for a decision from the club. It is not something that is in my hands. People say to me: 'You are at the best club in the world'. Yes, but I cannot play.

"Look, I've never said I wanted to leave Madrid, I only say that perhaps it would be a good possibility of going to another club so I can play. If it cannot be, I will stay.

"In the next two or three weeks we'll sit down and talk. If after January I continue here, I will finish my career in Madrid. My only problem is the Euros. I want to play in it."
