Jerzy Dudek is keen to stay with Real Madrid.

The former Liverpool goalkeeper is waiting to hear from new coach Jose Mourinho whether he will be offered a new contract.

Dudek said: "I am very happy to hear that I am wanted here. I am adaptive and I will soon know what I will do. I think I will remain one more year, but I do not know for sure yet.

"I think I have the same chances of staying with or without Mourinho, but I hope I will continue with him because one can learn a lot, and that is also important to me."
