Michael Duberry admits he regrets not making the most of his time coming through at Chelsea.
The former Blues and Leeds United defender is now playing in Scotland with St Johnstone.
Duberry told The Herald: "If I could coach the younger me, [I would say], 'at 21, stay longer after training, add this to your game', but at the time you don't see that.
"I played with, against and under some of the biggest names in football. So I've no regrets. When I finish, I won't look back with any bitterness. If someone had said to me when I was 10 at Enfield Rangers, 'you'll play in cup finals and win things', I'd [have] taken that."
