Sunderland manager Sam Allardyce will take his players for a sunny training break in Dubai following Saturday's game against Manchester United.
The Black Cats manager believes that the trip will help his players in their fight against relegation as it has done with sides he has coached in the past.
He said: "We're going away for a training break in the sunshine and hopefully, we'll get another improvement in our physical condition.
"Historically, that's always been the case with every team I've had."
Sunderland currently sit second bottom on the Premier League table, five points from safety, with 13 matches remaining.
