Didier Drogba has cast doubt on his contribution for Chelsea's Double tilt after admitting he's knackered.
While Chelsea are closing in on a first Premier League crown for four seasons, with an FA Cup final to follow, Drogba is struggling to cope with the punishing schedule.
The striker said: "Maybe adrenaline has got me through matches, but you can't continue for long like that."
He was forced to play the second half of Saturday's defeat at Spurs with a groin injury because boss Carlo Ancelotti had already made three substitutions.
And Drogba admits he may need surgery on a hernia problem, although he is determined to wait until after this summer's World Cup finals.
He added: "The season's long and I've had quite a few niggles and I'm starting to feel it a bit.
"I had a hernia operation six years ago but it's playing up again and causing me discomfort.
"I will see if I need an operation, but something needs to be done because I can't continue like this next season.
"There's no question of having anything done now though, with the World Cup on the way."
