Fernando Torres has taken a big stride into staying next season with Chelsea. The striker, who has scored only eight goals since joining the Blues from Liverpool, for a British record transfer fee in January 2011, launched the club's new adidas strip for 2012/13 alongside team-mates Frank Lampard, Petr Cech and Daniel Sturridge.

There was no sign of Torres' strike rival Didier Drogba in the shoot, however, with the veteran Ivorian international almost certain to be one of the stars bidding farewell to Chelsea.
