Drogba: I know Chelsea worried about me

Didier Drogba has assured Chelsea bosses he's fine in Angola as he chases the African Nations Cup crown with Ivory Coast.

Drogba is hoping to lead Ivory Coast to African Nations Cup glory despite the tournament being overshadowed by Togo pulling out after three members of their party were killed by *****.

Drogba said: “I know that Chelsea are following the developments and I understand that because Europe is a long way from here and they are worried.

“But I came to Angola to succeed, show that Ivory Coast can do well in the World Cup and for me personally to be the best and be the king.”
