Didier Drogba is happy to be compared with new Chelsea teammate Romelu Lukaku.

The £20million Belgian powerhouse, 18, joined from Anderlecht in the summer and comparisons to Drogba were instant.

Drogba said: "Lukaku is a mini-me but I think he is more powerful than me, honestly.

"He's got a lot of qualities but he's young and he will still learn a lot."

Drogba was Lukaku's idol growing up and he has admitted to being a bit starry-eyed around his hero since his transfer.

But the senior star said: "He's not making me feel any younger, though, because he was talking to me about games I played in for Marseille when he was 10."
