Didier Drogba says it's time for Chelsea's players to take the pressure off manager Andre Villas-Boas.

Drogba is keen to point out that an underperforming squad must be prepared to shoulder some of the blame for Chelsea's struggles this season.

He said: "You know how it is when you come with a lot of ambition and it doesn't go the way you want, it's difficult.

"It's not easy for him (Villas-Boas) but he's not the only one who is responsible, we all are."
